TextMyVoice ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Opt-in form

When you click Get Started (or a similar call-to-action) on our website, we present an opt-in form that collects your first name, last name, cell phone number, and optionally your email address. Cell phone is required so we can deliver the TextMyVoice service; email is optional. We also record the date and time you submitted the form.

The form includes a disclaimer checkbox. By checking it and submitting the form, you opt in to the service and give TextMyVoice your consent to send you SMS messages and service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you, after which we will stop sending you SMS messages.

How we use your information

• To provision your TextMyVoice account and dedicated number.
• To send you service updates, confirmations, and the messages you request.
• To respond to support inquiries.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate TextMyVoice (such as our SMS and hosting providers), and only as needed to deliver the service.

Data retention

We keep your opt-in information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
