The service

TextMyVoice provides a voice-activated AI agent that lets users send SMS text messages to their contacts by phone. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

SMS opt-in and opt-out

By submitting the opt-in form or texting START to our TextMyVoice number, you consent to receive SMS messages from TextMyVoice, including service updates and confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not send spam, threats, or content that violates a recipient's rights.
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding access to your account and TextMyVoice number. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextMyVoice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
